November 30, 2025, Delaware: Datelinehealth Africa (DLHA), a Delaware, USA-based non-profit health communication organisation today announced the creation of its WhatsApp Community. The community aims to bring together several voices, and thought leadership to shape ideas and contribute to finding solutions to several issues in health in Africa from the personal, population and policy perspectives

Datelinehealth Africa works to improve the health status of Africans generally through the promotion of foundational knowledge in health, health literacy, population health, social care and advocacy for better investment in health infrastructure and affordable funding mechanisms.

“We are thrilled to add this WhatsApp Community to our other social media channels (Facebook, X, Instagram and LinkedIn) in our bid to expand the reach of our brand and promote conversations and solutions in support of our mission,” says Akintola, Team Lead at Datelinehealth Africa Inc.

"The DLHA WhatsApp Community will be a minimally moderated platform where members can share health realed knowledge, ideas and solutions respectfully and offer social support and assistance to each other as they deem fit. The community has already attracted hundred of freely joining members within its first few days of creation. This is most encouraging," Akintola said.
